Cancellation
Cancellation Email customer service at support@bonzyhome.com and include:Order number and cancellation request along with a screenshot of the order, if necessary. Orders can be canceled and refunded prior to shipment. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us 24 hours after placing the order. To initiate cancellation, please contact customer service. A notice of cancellation will be sent to you via email.
Refund
1. Bonzy Home's Service Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and we’ll pay for the return shipping fee. This solution is only when Bonzy Home is responsible for shipping faulty items, or not delivered within time,or Items are damaged in transport. In this case, Email or call us to tell your return order number, we offer you a return label, please repack the product and stick the return label in the outside box. Call FedEx to pick up. Bonzy Home brand would be responsible for the return shipping fee and no restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Once we receive the product, we will issue full refund to you.
2.Customer's Responsibility:
Incorrect order(SKU of the item; shipping address)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will partially refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
Contact our Support Team and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Bonzyhome will repair any defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship at no charge for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover component failure due to normal wear and tear or tool abuse. This warranty does not apply to parts or damage caused by repairs or attempts by others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary in some states or provinces.
Refund Time
Usually, it takes time for us to receive your return(days varies according to your shipping method), and time for us to process after receive your return (3 to 5 business days).
Paypal account refunds: Usually immediately.
Credit card refunds: Between 5-10 business days.
