Cancellation

Email customer service at support@bonzyhome.com and include your：Order number & Cancellation request with a screenshot of the order, if necessary.

Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us 24 hours after placing the order.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.

Our Solutions:

1. Bonzy Home's Service Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and we’ll pay for the resend fee. This solution is only when Bonzy Home is responsible for shipping faulty items, or not delivered within time, or Items are damaged in transport. In this case, Email or call us to tell your return order number, we offer you a return label, please repack the product and stick the return label in the outside box. Call FedEx to pick up. Bonzy Home brand would be responsible for the return shipping fee and no restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Once we receive the product, we would fully refund to you.


2.Customer's Responsibility:

Incorrect order(SKU of the item; shipping address)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will partially refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return process

Contact our Support Team and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Since multiple warehouses are responsible for delivery in different regions, it is impossible to provide a specific return address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
